As a Digital Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact demand generation campaigns across various industries, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and consumer goods companies in the LATAM and BRA markets.

Your primary focus (70%) will be on multi-channel demand generation campaigns tailored to distinct industry verticals, with the remaining 30% dedicated to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) targeting high-priority accounts.

This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in cross-channel campaign management, a deep understanding of industry-specific pain points, and the ability to work closely with sales teams to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation (70%): Design and execute strategic demand generation campaigns for diverse industry sectors, targeting pain points relevant to supermarkets, pharmacies, and CPGs.
  • Cross-Channel Execution: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and content marketing, ensuring an integrated and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Campaign Measurement: Use marketing analytics tools to monitor, measure, and analyze the impact of demand generation campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed to meet performance goals and continuously improve ROI.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) (30%):

  • Targeted Campaigns: Collaborate with Sales, Content Marketing, Marketing Design, and Events teams to develop and execute highly personalized ABM campaigns focused on high-priority accounts.
  • Content and Messaging Development: Create tailored content and messaging strategies that resonate with key personas and decision-makers within target accounts, fostering meaningful engagements and building long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in growth, demand generation, and ABM within a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in LATAM and/or BRA markets.
  • Cross-channel marketing skills, with experience in creating and executing campaigns across email, social media, events, and content marketing.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
