We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Hook + Ladder Digital.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and implement effective digital media marketing strategies that drive business growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Manage social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Utilize Meta Ads Manager to amplify campaigns and optimize post-performance.
- Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to plan and execute compelling content creation.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital media marketing, including social media management and content creation.
- Demonstrate creativity in developing engaging digital content and strategies, from research to execution.
- Proficiency in community management skills, with a strong focus on channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong affinity with audiovisual media and a solid understanding of platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive mindset, always seeking solutions and opportunities.
- Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and accurate work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and maintain a strong working relationship to meet and exceed expectations.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (optional).
