**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

A day in the life:

- The Retail Marketing Specialist, Display is responsible for supporting the execution and performance of Amazon DSP & Retail Display advertising campaigns within their book of business, working hand-in-hand with the lead Strategist on their accounts to grow online retail revenue streams for clients. The Retail Display Specialist is an attentive learner, eager to problem solve and hungry to grow their technical, strategic, and analytical skills. They have great communication skills and collaborate well with their lead Strategists as well as internal account teams. They are known for their reliability, and attention to detail resulting in high quality work delivered on time. They are actively involved in supporting reporting, analysis, and campaign optimization, as well as targeting research, development & refinement. They are a self starter when it comes to their responsibilities, and manage their workflow efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, build, or support in managing and building Amazon DSP & retail display campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
- Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon DSP Console & other retail media platforms
- Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel & full-funnel marketing knowledge
- Continuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impact against client goals
- Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients
- Seek to utilize available AI and delegation resources to assist in their workflow wherever possible
- Proactively identify new areas of opportunity within accounts

Role Requirements:

- 1+ years of digital marketing experience. Agency experience a plus. internship experience applicable
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with programmatic display advertising, paid social advertising, or similar
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
- Other skills required:

- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
- Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
- Knowledge of Amazon DSP Console and/or Amazon PPC strategy a major plus

- Hit revenue per team member success metric: $17k+
- Hit EBITDA per team member success metric: $4k+
- Below 10% Client Churn Rate

- Understanding of Amazon & retail display objectives, implementing and pivoting strategies as needed to hit established KPI’s and scale online retail revenue
