Business Development Manager for Colombia Automotive Sector

We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our commercial efforts in Colombia's automotive sector. This role requires strong negotiation skills, ability to develop tailored sales strategies, and providing ongoing consulting services to dealers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct commercial attention with the dealer network, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
- Manage negotiations to activate specific products, aligning with commercial goals and objectives.
- Develop customized sales and activation strategies for each dealership and local market context.
- Provide ongoing consulting to dealers, offering ideas, training, and support to maximize sales performance and promote product loyalty.
- Maintain relationships with dealers through participation in meetings, events, and trainings.
- Analyze dealer sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending strategic actions.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, with experience in account management and/or commercial work in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assertively communicate ideas and analyze information clearly.
Desirable Skills:
- English language proficiency (B2-C1)
- Experience in the automotive sector
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
