Estimated Salary$1,500,000 COP per year (approximately $375 USD), plus benefits and bonuses.
About the RoleWe seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to drive growth in Colombia from scratch. The primary responsibility is to develop strategies, establish key local relationships, and advance into the role of Business Unit Head.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Colombia;
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities, track industry trends, and gain insights into competitor strategies;
- Possess extensive experience in selling technical solutions in complex organizational structures with multiple decision-makers in the healthcare industry;
- Have a strong understanding of Saas B2B and be able to analyze large amounts of data to identify areas of opportunity;
- Be able to communicate effectively, convey ideas clearly, and tailor communication to different audiences;
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field;
- Leadership skills, including inspiring and guiding people to achieve their best;
- Strategic thinking, including formulating business strategies and making informed decisions;
- Analytical skills, including analyzing large datasets and drawing actionable insights;
- Sales and marketing expertise, particularly in the healthcare industry;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Team management skills, including managing performance and identifying development opportunities;
