Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Facilitate the employee documentation process and ensure adherence to local legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify the collection of essential documents to initiate the hiring process and maintain communication with new hires, ensuring the acquisition of necessary personal documentation in line with local regulations. Oversee the proper registration in systems and confirm that the employment contract is executed in compliance with the law. Guarantee the signing of legal agreements and adherence to company policies post-hire or whenever updates to labor documents are required throughout the employee's tenure. Manage Exit Procedures (including involuntary, voluntary, and retirement exits) by ensuring the provision of necessary documentation for signing and concluding employment in accordance with local laws. Oversee employment contracts, renewals, and amendments, ensuring accurate registration in the governmental system. Ensure effective Document Management (organization of documents, contracts/letters, certificates, etc.) and proper registration with local authorities. Prepare essential documentation for potential legal actions, audits, or inspections (e.g., Ministry of Labor and Employment, internal audits) to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies. Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR databases throughout the employee lifecycle. Update SAP with medical leave information. Assist employees with inquiries related to legislation, company policies, and administrative requirements (such as work letters, embassy letters, etc.) to provide appropriate guidance and solutions. Manage all SAP action movements to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Support GBS HR operations as necessary to meet service level agreements.

University degree or equivalent education required. Comprehensive theoretical understanding of the job function. Strong attention to detail. Highly organized. Excellent customer service skills.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
