About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving all facets of technical success across the customer journey with our cloud security platform. You will partner with customer teams to understand their business goals, cybersecurity strategy, cloud maturity, and technical architecture.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute customer-specific value realization plans aligned to their business goals and security strategy. This will involve working closely with Customer Experience colleagues to plan for success during Activation, Adoption, and Operationalization phases. As a trusted technical advisor, you will align customer business and security goals with our platform roadmap, provide feedback into product development, and guide customers towards new features and enhancements.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive day-to-day implementation via the value realization plan
  2. Conduct internal sync-up calls with Customer Success Managers
  3. Host security governance planning and strategy sessions
  4. Provide best practices guidance in support of customers' use cases
  5. Assist with policies: creating, testing, and ongoing fine-tuning
  6. Drive data analysis and reporting from Netskope platform
  7. Coordinate updates on product and feature enhancements
  8. Maintain and deliver weekly status reports
  9. Align with Netskope Support as customer advocate during an escalation
  10. Assist CSM with Quarterly Business Reviews
  11. Perform Annual Tenant Health Checks for assigned customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant/Technical Account Manager with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies, including but not limited to: Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN's, SSO, DLP, and Encryption gateways
  • Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems (prior Active Directory/LDAP experience desirable)
  • MDM, Cloud APIs, Strong Networking concepts
  • Experience with working with Fortune 500 companies
  • Prior experience in early-stage startups
  • Scripting Language (Perl/Python)
  • HIPAA, PCI, PII, ITAR, GLBA, SOX, etc.
  • Data encryption Technologies
  • SIM, Load Balancing Technologies
  • Network Architecture Experience
  • Must be proficient in English speaking and writing
Education
  • Bachelor's degree (BSCS or equivalent)
