We are seeking a driven and skilled Medical Sales and Service Expert to join our dynamic team at PlacidWay. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, thrive in customer-focused roles, and are committed to continuous improvement and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales through outbound calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing cases effectively, and achieving sales and revenue goals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  3. Efficiently handle customer cases from initiation to aftercare, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Actively manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress from lead generation to closing sales.
  5. Meet or exceed specified sales and revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  6. Utilize the CRM system for accurate documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
  7. Encourage satisfied customers to provide reviews and referrals, expanding our customer base and enhancing our reputation.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

  10. Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on performance, as well as access to paid time off (PTO) for a healthy work-life balance. Our quarterly commission program has a 6% uncapped ceiling, recognizing your effort and dedication. Additional perks include integration events and bonuses for exceptional performance.
