Apollo XCM LLC is seeking a dedicated 'Client Engagement Coordinator' who will excel in delivering outstanding service to clients, managing all forms of communication including phone calls, text messages, and emails, while ensuring effective interaction between clients, their families, and our professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating client appointments and conducting follow-up calls.
- Collecting and verifying client information, including contact details and relevant documentation.
- Maintaining and updating client records accurately.
- Addressing, investigating, and routing client inquiries to the appropriate team member, ensuring resolution and follow-up.
- Executing administrative tasks such as digital filing, processing payments, and generating invoices.
- Contributing to the development of standard operating procedures and suggesting improvements to existing processes.
QualificationsEducational Background: Professional or Technologist degree with relevant experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with a strong command of both spoken and written forms. A minimum English level of C1 is essential, as all communications will be conducted in English.
- Experience in roles such as Client Representative, Executive Assistant, Front Desk Associate in Hospitality, Customer Service, or BPO sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for working with people.
- Attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of startup culture.
