Global Snapshot Operations Coordinator

The Global Snapshot Operations Coordinator will be the key operational contact for clients and NielsenIQ countries worldwide, working on the design and management of the production and delivery of multi-country Ad hoc reports. This role ensures the reports optimally combine client needs and existing data sources. Good project design with appropriate set-up is crucial for delivering high-quality and on-time reports.

Responsibilities include providing services that meet client needs, acting as a key touch point both externally and internally, and coordinating data orders with the ISC network in local countries. The Coordinator will also work on process and service improvement to bring efficiency, productivity, and flexibility to the global snapshot team.

The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting clients and Business Development Managers on the correct escalation and resolution of day-to-day queries, new business opportunities, and technical requirements. This includes attending client meetings to identify client needs versus production capabilities and agreeing on best compromises.

Additionally, the Global Snapshot Operations Coordinator will support the ISC in the Global snapshot team for China by providing support on international queries on local data availability, data orders, and data queries.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

* Strong communication skills and ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside the production team.
* Ability to communicate and work with associates at all levels in the organization.
* Ability to build relationships across countries and cultures to establish a network.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills to track the status of Ad Hoc reports production and delivery.
* Ability to handle multiple, competing deadlines and manage expectations where appropriate.
* Confidence to recognize when escalation is required to avoid late delivery and client disappointment.
