Job Title: IT Help Desk Engineer

Job Summary:

You will be the single point of contact for phone calls and emails from employees within LATAM regarding IT issues and queries. Your day-to-day will involve 1st and 2nd line customer support including troubleshooting of IT-related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as mobile phones, laptops, PCs, and printers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support and maintenance for infrastructure, including Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and local area network.
  2. Support IT purchases and maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.
  3. Log all requests in Jira.
  4. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  5. Provide basic in-house training in MS Office applications used within the Association (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  6. Publish support documentation to assist staff with requests for information and provide staff training if required.
  7. Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.
Requirements:
  1. Must be located in Colombia.
  2. Fluent in Spanish and English.
  3. Proven experience as a HelpDesk, System Administrator, or similar role.
  4. Strong skills with Office 365, AD Users and Computers are mandatory, PowerShell is a plus.
  5. Windows, MacOS, iOS experience.
  6. Experience with networks (LAN, WAN), routers & switches.
  7. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Well-organized and problem-solving ability.
  10. Proactivity and ability to work in a fully remote environment.
  11. Adaptability and flexibility.
