Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business objectives and challenges, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled and client expectations are surpassed.
- Business Development: Develop strategies to expand our customer portfolio, leveraging market insights and strategic planning to attract new clients and identify growth opportunities.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Continuously assess and identify opportunities to enhance the value of our existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing tailored financial solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to managing our sales pipeline, tracking the progress of leads and opportunities, and applying CRM tools and sales analytics to assess pipeline health and optimize conversion rates.
- Experience: Related background of experience as an Account Manager in technological solutions.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of specific technology solutions and project management offered by our company.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Certifications: Advanced English proficiency and AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft certifications are desirable.
