The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing division. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing custom digital advertising campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our Trading Teams to develop and implement client strategies, monitor campaign progress, and provide exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of Tier 1 accounts, overseeing and implementing client strategy across their range of products and brands.
- Forecasting spend and revenue for each client account and driving adoption growth.
- Mapped to middle-tier decision makers and technical buyers at Tier 1 organizations.
- Working closely with the Head of Account Management, VP of Client Growth, and Head of Media Sales for LATAM to discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Accountable for client strategy, strategy reviews, campaign activation, analysis, troubleshooting, and service process.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Owns and is responsible for Tier 2, 3, and 4 accounts, mapped to senior and middle-tier key stakeholders.

Other Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to strong POVs around Genius Marketing Suite products and industry topics, working with the CS leadership team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, with a focus on programmatic demand side platforms.
- 2+ years of working in a commercial and/or business development capability.
- Proven success in managing a customer portfolio and exceeding client expectations.
- Experience with Demand Side Platforms and Ad Serving technologies is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong analytical skills and uncompromising attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly prioritize work in a proactive manner and remain flexible in a changing environment.
- A network of local digital media contacts in the region.
- A keen interest in digital media and ad tech.
