Responsibilities
As a Senior Travel Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining global travel guidelines and solutions across the Americas region
- Managing local/regional travel providers to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Developing and implementing effective travel policies and procedures
- Providing reporting on local/regional corporate travel behaviors and trends
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Tourism, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Travel Departments or Business Travel Providers
- Strong knowledge of GDSs, online booking tools, and back office travel systems
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
