At Cbridgeinc, we are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a current DoD Secret security clearance and eight years of experience with cyber security, operating, maintaining, and managing network and satellite communication systems.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site support, performing operations and maintenance, including System Administrator duties, to sustain authority to operate, operational availability, and equipment standards. They will also travel to support operations and maintenance at other sites in areas of responsibility.

To be considered for this role, you must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance, be a US Citizen, have IAT Level II certification, and be proficient in English, verbal and written. Additionally, you should be able to conduct PWS requirements in English and Spanish, have a high school diploma or GED, and eight years of experience in the field.

Bonus points if you have Smartsheet experience

Travel Requirements:
  • This position may require travel within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS), including overnight travel.
  • An active passport is required.
Work Environment:
  • Cbridgeinc complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements.
  • You must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
  • The job may involve physically comfortable work, with discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
  • Short-distance travel may be required to offices, conference rooms, and buildings on site.
  • You may need to perform site visits and carry a laptop computer and other required tools.
  • The job may also involve working in an industrial environment with heavy machinery and moving parts.
