Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with inquiries related to processing service requests within our CRM system.
- Complete administrative tasks and updates in the CRM and with custodians.
- Manage phone calls from stakeholders, ensuring professional and helpful interactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams using support tools.
- Provide problem-solving support and guidance to teams using the CRM.
- Funnel candidate questions to specialists and relay responses back to clients.
- Update administrative information across all accounts in the CRM.
- Gather information, send emails, and track data throughout the process.
- Answer phone calls, chats, and emails while maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Open tickets and escalate issues to 2nd-level support as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of various investment types and account structures.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Commitment to following service quality standards.
- C1-level proficiency in English.
