As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients, leveraging your strong interpersonal and administrative skills to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to processing service requests within our CRM system.
  • Complete administrative tasks and updates in the CRM and with custodians.
  • Manage phone calls from stakeholders, ensuring professional and helpful interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams using support tools.
  • Provide problem-solving support and guidance to teams using the CRM.
  • Funnel candidate questions to specialists and relay responses back to clients.
  • Update administrative information across all accounts in the CRM.
  • Gather information, send emails, and track data throughout the process.
  • Answer phone calls, chats, and emails while maintaining clear communication with clients.
  • Open tickets and escalate issues to 2nd-level support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of various investment types and account structures.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Commitment to following service quality standards.
  • C1-level proficiency in English.
