About This Opportunity
We are excited to offer an Enterprise Sales Team Lead position at WeWork. In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue growth and expansion goals.
- Develop strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in sales and real estate.
- Negotiate contracts, present pricing and discount structures, and oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Establish strong relationships with account heads, facilitating regular discussions around portfolio and pipeline opportunities.
- Identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales team.
About You
To excel in this leadership role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferably).
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- 5+ years of sales or real estate experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sales software and tools, such as Salesforce and CRM systems.
- English B2-C1 level (mandatory).
