Role Overview
As a pivotal member of our Marketing team, the Marketing Manager for Colombia & Spanish-Speaking LATAM will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy in the region. This role is designed for a proactive individual with a passion for B2B marketing, aiming to elevate our market presence in one of the largest markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for Colombia and Spanish-speaking LATAM, collaborating with global marketing teams and local specialists.
• Manage a variety of local marketing initiatives, including demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, customer engagement, web content, and public relations.
• Oversee the planning and execution of event marketing programs, ensuring all logistical aspects are meticulously handled.
• Create relevant marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and guides to support sales efforts.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to evaluate program effectiveness and lead quality.

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft persuasive marketing content.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong event planning and execution skills.
• Positive attitude and fluency in both English and Spanish.
