Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Colombia & Spanish-Speaking LATAM. This role is crucial for expanding our marketing initiatives in the region. As a self-motivated individual with a strong passion for B2B marketing, you will play a key role in enhancing our market presence in one of the largest markets globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the marketing strategy and execution for Colombia & Spanish-Speaking LATAM, collaborating with the global marketing team and local sales personnel to boost brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Oversee all local marketing operations, including demand generation, account-based marketing, events, customer marketing, web presence, content creation, and public relations.
- Organize and manage event marketing calendars, coordinating both company-hosted and industry events, handling everything from speaker recruitment to logistics.
- Create region-specific marketing materials to support sales and campaigns, such as case studies, whitepapers, and guides.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess program performance and lead quality.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team building and management.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and present compelling marketing content.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong event planning and execution skills.
- A positive attitude and fluency in both English and Spanish.
