Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Colombia & Spanish Speaking LATAM to enhance our marketing initiatives across the region. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong enthusiasm for B2B marketing, looking to elevate the market presence of a unicorn SaaS company. You will collaborate with our dynamic marketing team to refine and advance our marketing strategy tailored for Spanish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Colombia & Spanish Speaking LATAM, in partnership with the global marketing team and local specialists.
  • Oversee local marketing efforts, including demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, customer marketing, web presence, content creation, and public relations.
  • Manage the event marketing calendar, coordinating both Insider-hosted and industry events, ensuring all logistical aspects are executed flawlessly.
  • Create region-specific marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and guides to support sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assess program effectiveness and lead quality.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in team development and management.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft and present persuasive marketing content.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding event planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
