Position Overview:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with team members to comprehend and document their workflows, while also implementing automation within our CRM to align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM to meet business needs.
  • Implement, test, and optimize automation processes in HubSpot.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and key indicators.
  • Create flowcharts and process diagrams to visualize workflows.
  • Engage with clients to understand their operations, document them, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate team efforts to achieve commercial management goals.
  • Establish best practices for customizing the HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide training to staff on utilizing HubSpot for Sales, Marketing, and Service functions.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings and communications, ensuring detailed notes and action items are documented and shared.
  • Utilize and enhance project management tools and practices to support team collaboration.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and client presentations.
  • Develop and introduce new project management strategies and training materials to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Maintain relevant HubSpot certifications and participate in educational events.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Automation, preferably with HubSpot.
  • At least 2 years in a comparable role.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot's workflow and sequence features.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with minimal supervision.
  • Strong persuasion skills and effective communication.
