Sales Operations Business Optimization Specialist

Amazon is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist who will drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to identify and address operational challenges, implement scalable solutions, and support all operational aspects of planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop actionable insights to support annual planning activities.
- Provide enablement and support of mechanisms used to manage sales and sales operations businesses.
- Support key sales support systems and processes required to meet business growth objectives.
- Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to accelerate information-to-action.
- Develop relationships and processes with sales, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and participate on projects as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
- Experience in business-process design or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
