Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to the management of our North America Deal Desk operations. Your expertise will be vital in navigating complex pricing structures and ensuring optimal deal execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Management: Act as the primary resource for Deal Structuring, Quoting, Pricing, Special Terms, and Exception Approvals.
  • Documentation Oversight: Ensure all deals are accompanied by comprehensive booking packages, including fully executable agreements and proof of delivery.
  • Support Lifecycle: Serve as a key support figure throughout the customer and contracting lifecycle, encompassing Lead-to-Quote-to-Contract-to-Order-to-Booking-to-Renewal/Cross-sell/Up-sell.
  • Proposal Collaboration: Collaborate on the review and response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, while establishing and enforcing contracting guidelines and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Software Sales, Accounting, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Legal, Sales Planning, Operations, or Business Contracting.
  • In-depth knowledge of various licensing models, including named and concurrent users, ELAs, term and subscription-based pricing, as well as hosted (SaaS) and Cloud models.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analysis capabilities, alongside program and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex business cases and pricing proposals to senior leadership.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics Tools, including SFDC and enterprise quoting systems.
