About the Role:

Anthology Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Global Sales Compensation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the design and administration of our global sales compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile sales compensation and performance results between our sales compensation system and CRM for accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate and resolve day-to-day compensation issues in support of field sales and operational customers.
  • Work directly and across functions to drive efficiency and accuracy through system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development or improvement of systems and processes to effectively track or capture data.
  • Support the analysis of metrics and KPIs in assessing overall compensation plan effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, accounting, or compensation/benefits, ideally working in a global organization dealing with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills to work with sales professionals and business partners in resolving issues.
  • High level of analytical ability and accuracy.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and complete tasks with moderate supervision.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
