Position Overview

In a fast-paced environment, the Senior Legal Network Development Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of a nationwide network of law firms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team responsible for managing reports from outside counsel and selecting law firms to represent WBL in various litigation matters.
  • Auditing legal invoices to ensure alignment with engagement letters and litigation tracking reports.
  • Maintaining engagement letters with law firms, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Conducting research to identify qualified law firms for WBL services, utilizing reviews, ratings, and other resources.
  • Maintaining a database of attorneys with potential to work for WBL, regularly updating and removing firms that do not meet quality standards.
  • Requesting proposals and ensuring completion of necessary forms from law firms, including monthly litigation tracking reports.
  • Organizing workflows and managing deadlines for attorney bidding processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting information received from law firms, including budgets for each assigned case.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in a law environment, such as working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state commercial lending laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Strong legal research skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent follow-through skills.

Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + 11 paid holidays per year
