Job Title: Strategic Sales Leader - Latin America

At 125-SFDC Colombia, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to drive our expanding sales operation in Latin America. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performance teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving individual and team quotas. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives in generating revenue and achieving organizational goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Mentor and develop sales executives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Engage with customers at the C-level to build relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a matrix or multi-product sales environment.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major enterprise customers.
  • Strong demonstrated and proven sales leadership experience, managing teams working with complex customers.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally).
  • Passion for supporting team development, as well as for their own self-improvement.
