Neurology Ecosystem Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Neurology Ecosystem Manager. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of neurology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Market Understanding and Mapping
- Design and develop a comprehensive understanding of the neurology market, including key accounts, diagnostic environments, and referral networks.
- Map out neurology patient flow and therapy pathways at the country and account level, from initial diagnosis to treatment initiation.
- Identify opportunities and gaps in the neurology diagnostic ecosystem, including stakeholders' diagnosis and therapy capabilities, and referral networks.
- Stakeholder and Partnership Management
- Foster partnerships and networks with key customers and stakeholders in the neurology field.
- Understand key pain points for each stakeholder and identify customer needs to inform valued strategy and solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement value-added programs for key account management.
- Identify and engage with new partnerships that support accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of neurology diseases.
- Account Understanding and Planning
- Lead and coordinate account understanding processes with cross-functional account teams for neurology diseases and portfolio.
- Schedule, prepare, and execute account reviews with management and regional senior management stakeholders.
- Analyze and evaluate account-relevant data to derive strategic conclusions and action instructions.
- Ensure execution of planned actions in the account plan through effective leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Specialization or MBA (desirable).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- At least 3 years of marketing/access and commercial experience.
- Demonstrated ability for effective account management and understanding of healthcare market and healthcare policy.
- Strategic mindset to analyze customer needs and derive conclusions.
- Experience of KOL management and relationships in complex structures that influence treatment pathway decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and/or effective collaboration with external partners.
- Strong passion and commitment toward neurology diseases.
- Inquiring and integrity mindset.
- Perseverance and outstandingly positive work attitude, open to change and enjoys new challenges.
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented with a high degree of initiative.
- Knowledge and experience of neuroscience and/or radiopharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and successfully implement complex projects through coordination processes with internal stakeholders.
- Experience of new product launch.
