About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in North America. As a key player in our customer success journey, you will be responsible for ensuring the success, growth, and development of Virtuagym in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to help them achieve their goals with our platform.
- Manage the onboarding process, training, and implementation to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product and communicate its features and functionalities to customers.
- Act as a product champion, driving adoption and providing expert advice to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify expansion opportunities and increase renewals.
- Collect and manage customer feedback, reviews, and NPS to improve our product and services.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Fluent language skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and empathetic skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Affinity with health, fitness, or software is a plus.
