About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in North America. As a key player in our customer success journey, you will be responsible for ensuring the success, growth, and development of Virtuagym in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to help them achieve their goals with our platform.
  • Manage the onboarding process, training, and implementation to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product and communicate its features and functionalities to customers.
  • Act as a product champion, driving adoption and providing expert advice to customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify expansion opportunities and increase renewals.
  • Collect and manage customer feedback, reviews, and NPS to improve our product and services.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Fluent language skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and empathetic skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Affinity with health, fitness, or software is a plus.
