About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at GBS Group. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in transforming client interactions into successful business relationships.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage both inbound and outbound sales for our services, with a focus on building strong client relationships, delivering insightful proposals, and resolving issues promptly.

You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our services to prospective customers, preparing and following up on proposals/quotes, and identifying and leveraging cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.

In addition, you will maintain detailed records in our CRM of customer interactions, develop and maintain positive business relationships, and resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.

You will also utilize client feedback to enhance processes and drive improvements, provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and new product opportunities, and engage in outbound sales activities, including reaching out to potential clients and promoting our services.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present, promote, and sell GBS Group and LLC Hub services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals/quotes sent to prospects.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM of customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Utilize client feedback to enhance processes and drive improvements.
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
  • Engage in outbound sales activities, including reaching out to potential clients and promoting services.
Qualifications
  • Advanced level of English & Spanish.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative (2+ years).
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
