We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AgileEngine. This role will involve driving sales growth, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients; conduct outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities; self-generate leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments; identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets;
  • Client Relationship Management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions; create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients; develop rapport with key decision-makers; translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts;
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients; customize proposals based on each client's specific business needs;
  • Networking and Conferences: Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network; represent our company professionally during in-person interactions;
  • Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick-off.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of professional experience in sales/client-facing roles, excellent communication skills in English, and a strong ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.

This is a remote position but we are hiring only in Bogotá or Medellin. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
