About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our commercial activities and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to meet client objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align strategic plans with key clients to drive business growth and deliver high-quality services.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client objectives and priorities, defining success criteria and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Demonstrate value and return on investment through quantifiable business opportunity generation, sharing, and receiving customer feedback.
  • Build and lead market and thought leadership presentations for C-Level and high-profile clients, showcasing FMCG and client business insights.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, adjusting the Joint Business Plan as necessary to reflect changes in client priorities.
  • Continuously monitor customer health as an account SPOC, tracking satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS) and requests for quality and coverage.
  • Identify and communicate viable opportunities through interaction with the Analytic Insight and Account Development team.
  • Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring coordination, adequate training, and communication, proactively managing daily commitments and resolving problems or conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • 10+ years of experience in Mass Consumption, consulting companies, Retailers.
  • Experience working with NielsenIQ information (ideally).
  • Commercial or marketing experience and customer management.
  • Management of Office/Google and CRM tools or business monitoring.
  • Advanced English (written and oral skills).
