About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Seller Interactive. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO's calendar, email, and correspondence, including coordinating meetings, conference calls, and personal engagements
• Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compile documents for travel-related meetings
• Screen incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests, making decisions on priority action items
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive support role; experience supporting C-level executives is a plus
• Great with spreadsheets and numbers
• Quickbooks experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills + EQ
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• High degree of organization and attention to detail
