Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional with technical expertise to manage the recruitment process for internal and external clients of Lean Tech, a rapidly expanding organization in Medellín, Colombia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our organization. This includes managing roles of low and medium complexity, as well as providing support and guidance to junior-level specialists when needed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Review each assignment received and align the search strategy and process with the Placement hiring manager.
  2. Implement effective talent search and attraction strategies, including job postings on specialized portals, social networks, professional networks, and other channels.
  3. Conduct initial interviews with candidates to verify their level of fit with the offer and corporate culture, English proficiency, and explain the recruitment process.
  4. Schedule candidates for an interview with human resources to verify cultural fit and identify potential risks, providing necessary documents for security checks.
  5. Schedule candidates for technical interviews, considering profile requirements, and ensure receipt of adequate technical feedback for optimal fit.
  6. Maintain accurate and updated information in the Candidate Process Management System (ATS) and relevant documentation before submitting candidates to the Placement Management department.
  7. Inform candidates about the recruitment process stages, progress, and resulting additional requirements.
  8. Negotiate the agreement allowing the candidate's incorporation, informing parties involved of potential inconveniences.
  9. Perform other activities as instructed by leaders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. Knowledge of the recruitment and selection cycle.
  2. Proficiency in office automation tools.
  3. Experience in competency-based interviewing techniques.
  4. Expertise in negotiating job offers to achieve consensus between candidates and organizational needs.
  5. Knowledge in managing human talent search tools.
  6. Understanding of Boolean searches for talent identification.
  7. Familiarity with Candidate Process Management Systems (ATS).
  8. Data-driven decision-making skills.
  9. Market research knowledge.
  10. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Basic Education and Experience Required:
  1. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting profiles in the technology and software development sector.
  2. English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
