Job DescriptionAs a L2 Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Triaging requests, incidents, and queries in our Service Management tool within agreed SLAs.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and developing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Performing requirements analysis and documenting results.
- Communicating with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
- Experience working with customers and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in SQL or MS Excel for data processing and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in English language (>=70% Level).
- Ability to identify trends and interpret data using statistics.
- Organized, methodical, and structured approach to work.
- Curiosity and business acumen.
- Self-starter and driven.
- Basic understanding of how the Internet works.
- Windows or Linux administration experience.
- Desirable skills: MSDynamics or Peoplesoft knowledge, previous experience in analyst positions, technical skills, and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
