Job Title: L2 Support Engineer

Job Description

As a L2 Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Triaging requests, incidents, and queries in our Service Management tool within agreed SLAs.
  2. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and developing solutions to improve efficiency.
  3. Performing requirements analysis and documenting results.
  4. Communicating with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
  5. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  6. Performing user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
Qualifications
  1. Experience working with customers and delivering exceptional service.
  2. Proficiency in SQL or MS Excel for data processing and reporting.
  3. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. High proficiency in English language (>=70% Level).
  6. Ability to identify trends and interpret data using statistics.
  7. Organized, methodical, and structured approach to work.
  8. Curiosity and business acumen.
  9. Self-starter and driven.
  10. Basic understanding of how the Internet works.
  11. Windows or Linux administration experience.
  12. Desirable skills: MSDynamics or Peoplesoft knowledge, previous experience in analyst positions, technical skills, and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
