Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining the installed customer base, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new business opportunities in the managed IT services market
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of managed IT services, including data center services, security services, application services, and infrastructure services
- Previous experience in sales quota from $3M to $5M USD per year
- Strong knowledge of the Latin American market and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
