International Sales Manager for IT Recruitment Services

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for IT clients worldwide. As a remote Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding new clients in the USA and engaging in outreach to attract new IT companies to collaborate with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare anonymous candidate profiles to present to potential clients.
  • Engage in cold outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms to find and attract new IT companies.
  • Communicate with new/potential clients, present our services, and gather necessary vacancy details.
  • Transfer vacancy descriptions from clients to the recruiting team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling services or recruitment is required.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers is a must.
  • Fluent English for communication and working with international clients.
