Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to ensure exceptional client experiences, managing and expanding your portfolio of clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting in-depth analytical assessments of their campaign performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of SEO principles to effectively analyze client websites and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Oversee the creation of orders and track each stage of fulfillment.
  • Develop new processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing any issues that arise in collaboration with our team.
  • Support account management for existing clients, ensuring high retention rates and prioritizing client success.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as required.
