Project Manager

Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee and direct multiple projects from inception to completion. This position necessitates a thorough comprehension of IT processes, software development life cycles, and project management frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of managing intricate IT projects, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the proficiency to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Create and manage project schedules, including timelines, budgets, resource distribution, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Ensure that projects are completed within the established scope, timeline, and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in project management within an IT context.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
