Position: Administrative assistant for the people support area
Compensation: USD
Work Arrangement: Remote - Latam
Contract Type: Independent contractor
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main liaison to inform candidates about their application progress
- Ensuring clear communication with recruiters and other internal departments
- Executing administrative duties as assigned by the People Support Lead
- Conducting background checks for character references
- Working closely with the recruitment team to oversee client verifications and associated tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Law degree is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a support role within the Human Resources field
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
