This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the On Premise channel, focusing on sustained growth through distribution partners, wholesalers, and external sales forces. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as strong analytical abilities.
Main Responsibilities:- National Objectives: Achieving volume and distribution targets in the On Premise channel requires careful management of stock levels, alignment of pricing and promotions, and coordination of volume allocation across channels periodically.
- Strategy and Planning: Developing a long-term distribution model is crucial for success in this role, requiring collaboration with partners to implement it and creating a robust commercial plan to expand distribution and SKU listings in non-directly managed accounts.
- Sales Management and Leadership: Effective sales management and leadership are essential in this role, requiring the use of segmentation and partner selection tools to choose the right collaborators, conducting monthly market visits, and leading effective meetings with key stakeholders to ensure strategy execution.
- Analysis: Analyzing market data to identify gaps and opportunities in distribution and SKU listings, collecting and evaluating sales data to assess performance, refining forecasts, and adjusting pay-for-performance incentives are critical aspects of this role.
- Administration: Overseeing annual budget management, organizing regular performance reviews with partners, and reporting outcomes to the National On Premise Manager and internal teams are also key responsibilities.
- +5 years Distribution and/or Supplier experience preferred
- Successful track record in leading, managing, and motivating wholesale and external sales forces (+3 years)
- Driver's License
- Proficient in Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and influencer
- Highly developed analytical skills (sales and customer data)
