We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales HR Business Partner to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic guidance and support to our sales teams.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- You will partner with senior leaders to interpret business requirements and develop solutions that drive business performance.
- You will lead and advise on talent management practices, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility.
- You will build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
- You will manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements.
- You will consult on overhead management.
