Your Opportunity

You'll be the linchpin connecting our clients, Executive Assistants, and the Atlas team. As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you'll ensure seamless onboarding, build trust-based relationships, and champion the success of clients and their EAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and EAs, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience during their first 90 days.
    • Maintain strong, supportive relationships throughout the client engagement.
  • Executive Assistant Matching and Coordination
    • Oversight of the client - EA matching process and integration of EAs into client workflows.
    • Provide ongoing support and accountability for EAs during the onboarding period.
  • Process Optimization and Documentation
    • Identify opportunities for clients to optimize their schedules, prioritize tasks, and improve productivity.
    • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client preferences, processes, and progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years in a client-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Account Management).
  • Ideal experience working with 7- to 8-figure business owners and entrepreneurs based in North America.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build trust and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
What We Offer

As a Virtual Relationship Manager at Atlas Assistants, you can expect:

  • Fair compensation: $1,300-$1,400/month USD, with eligibility to earn a base pay increase and uncapped performance-based bonuses upon meeting specific criteria.
  • Remote flexibility: Work from anywhere with a schedule aligned to 9 am–5 pm EST.
  • Paid time off: 10 paid days off, unlimited sick leave, and 7 holidays (4 major + 3 of your choice).

$1,300-$1,400 monthly salary offered to candidates who meet the position requirements.
