We are seeking a skilled Sales Relationship Manager to support our sales team and enhance customer relationships at Sagan, an exclusive membership community for top executives, founders, and CEOs.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist in managing client accounts, contributing to achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and scheduling.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in sales support or customer service roles is also essential, along with familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

  • Sales training or certifications.

About You:

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
