We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager Transformation Lead to join our growing agency. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients through effective communication and proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to onboard new clients and develop data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee assigned client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
  • Campaign Management: Work closely with the internal team to manage and optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, website builds, content etc.).
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly communicate campaign performance to clients through insightful reports and presentations, identifying trends and optimizing strategies.
  • Upselling & New Client Acquisition: Upsell existing clients, as well as be involved in acquiring new clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex marketing concepts to clients.
  • Candidates fluent in both verbal and written English, with strong articulation and proficiency suitable for this client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, UI/UX, and email marketing.
