The Strategic Employee Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting employee motivation and promotion within the Operations Department. Key responsibilities include developing growth strategies, contributing to performance evaluations, and leading client negotiations. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including Talent, Hiring, PM, and AM, to implement effective employee relationship management and satisfaction strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop overall growth and employee relations strategies.
  2. Design, implement, and monitor employee performance evaluations.
  3. Provide information needed for retention processes with the support of talent management and operations.
  4. Identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies in Operations processes and collaborate on their improvement, prioritizing employee satisfaction.
  5. Lead issues and policies related to employee well-being across the company.
  6. Negotiate with customers for operational and professional growth of employees.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or team management.
  3. Proficient level of English (B2-C2).
  4. Strong skills in MS, Google, BI tools, and database management.
  5. Knowledge of HR systems and project management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic team.
