Marketing Specialist Role at TD SYNNEX

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to execute strategic programs and campaigns aligned with business needs. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing our market positioning by driving initiatives that amplify our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with TD SYNNEX's go-to-market strategy.
  • Design and manage educational content to drive sales growth and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Oversee partnerships with external agencies, coordinating the creation of strategic materials, campaigns, and assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication among marketing, sales, and partners to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.
  • Coordinate webinars, digital content schedules, and assets aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Managers and regional marketing teams to align enablement programs with strategic priorities.
  • Manage campaign budgets, working with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and maximize impact.

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or similar roles focused on campaign execution and management.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with regular interaction with global teams and international stakeholders.
  • Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in working with external agencies and managing campaign budgets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude with a growth mindset, able to quickly adapt to shifting business priorities and strategies.
