Job Title: Strategic Project Manager AI

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Manager AI to join our team at Docplanner. As a key member of our global AI area, you will be responsible for accelerating our collaborative efforts and launching our AI initiatives in Colombia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer success, and product management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our cross-functional AI area team, as well as our local team in Colombia, to co-build new AI-focused ventures and products from concept to initial scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create and validate business ideas, improving and scaling them in collaboration with the AI area team and local team in Colombia.
  • Test business ideas in real-life scenarios, executing experiments and gathering feedback from customers and users.
  • Analyze product usage data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Run experiments with AI/LLM tools and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, customer success, or product management.
  • High level of energy, ownership, and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Native Spanish and B2+ English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with AI, ML projects, and LLM-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and experience in preparing strategies and conducting marketing campaigns.
