Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, design, and optimization of our IT systems and functions, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical information systems platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for the program team, ensuring they are on track to meet goals and objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement strategies to keep projects on schedule.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure budget compliance and cost-effectiveness in implementing cybersecurity measures.
  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in cybersecurity and infrastructure projects and develop strategies with cross-functional teams to mitigate these risks.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive management and stakeholders on an agreed-upon cadence basis.
  • Supervise the implementation of cybersecurity solutions and deliver program KPIs by ensuring program delivery alignment with strategic enterprise objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews, lessons learned of the project to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree in program/project management, with a focus on software development and deployment.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
