About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Communications and Events Advisor to join our People Services NALA team in Colombia and Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leaders across workstreams and hubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communications, including newsletters, special events, and regional initiatives, to engage our teams and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute hybrid corporate events, ensuring seamless coordination between onsite and virtual attendees.
  • Support the planning and logistics for visits, town halls, and other engagement activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies for design and content creation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, obtain quotes, and oversee budget allocation.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong logistical abilities, and exceptional time management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience coordinating hybrid corporate events, managing onsite and virtual teams - is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in advertising, communication, design, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP for POS (preferred), Teams, and Outlook.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, blending onsite and remote work effectively.
