As a key player in the Mondelēz International Digital Services team, you will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional service operations.
Your Contributions
Utilizing your extensive knowledge in your area of expertise, you will ensure compliance with service level agreements and commitments. As a co-developer of standard operating procedures, you will promote the standardization and simplification of processes. Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation of training materials, ensure adherence to Mondelēz International policies and legal standards, analyze exceptions, recommend process enhancements, and lead ongoing improvement initiatives for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Communications and Events Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Services NALA team, collaborating closely with leaders across various workstreams and hubs. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating communications requested by the PEX team, including newsletters and regional initiatives. Planning and executing hybrid corporate events, ensuring smooth coordination between in-person and virtual participants. Supporting the logistics for visits, town halls, and other engagement activities. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies for design and content development. Managing vendor relationships, obtaining quotes, and overseeing budget management. Demonstrating exceptional communication skills, strong logistical capabilities, and outstanding time management. Thriving in uncertain situations and possessing a creative mindset to contribute innovative ideas to enhance communication strategies.Educational Background:
Degree in Communications, Design, or a related field.Job Requirements:
Prior experience in coordinating hybrid corporate events, managing both onsite and virtual teams is advantageous. 1-2 years of experience in advertising, communication, design, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in SAP for POS (preferred), Teams, and Outlook. Advanced proficiency in English. Ability to effectively work in a hybrid model, balancing onsite and remote work.Work Arrangement:
